Upon receipt of your registration, we will email you confirmation of your enrollment and your tuition rate based on the date that you have requested to start class. 

*By filling out this form you are reserving a spot in our class.  To guarantee your spot we ask for a $50 registration deposit or full tuition.  Send check to 32020 1st Ave. So Suite 104, Federal Way, WA 98003. Deposit will be applied toward your tuition.  If you are unable to attend class for any reason, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can open your spot to other registrants.
